Earth Day 2026 🌎

Earth Day Volunteers & Donations Needed!

Event Date: Friday, April 24 | All Day
Theme: Better Together — Everyday for Earth

This Earth Day, we celebrate the idea that we are better together. Every voice matters, and every action, big or small, helps protect our planet. When we work as a community and make mindful choices each day, we create lasting change for the Earth.

They’ll be rotating through stations like:
🌎 Stewardship: Help students clean up, plant, and learn how to care for their environment.
🌎 Obstacle Course: A high-energy challenge that shows how we can work together.
🌎 Craft Station: Create a community centered, art piece for the whole school to enjoy.
🌎 Story & Snack: Cozy up with a great story and some earth-friendly snacks.
🌎 Hike-a-Thon: Get those steps in while walking our nature trail and cheering students on as they explore the outdoors.

The Hike-a-Thon is a major fundraiser for Frost and our Green Team. This year, our goal is to raise $10,000 to support green initiatives, outdoor learning, and improvements to our garden and greenhouse spaces.

To make the fundraiser even more fun, we’re adding a little friendly competition. Two classes, one from K–2 and one from 3–5, will win an ice cream party for raising the most donations. Be sure to check the leaderboard to see if your scholar’s class is in the lead!

For convenience, we prefer that all donations be made online. If you need a paper form, you can pick one up from the office or request that one be sent home with your student.

To make this day run smoothly, we’re looking for volunteers at every station. Whether you’ve got half the day or the whole day, we’d love to have you on the team. All volunteers must be a district registered volunteer.
